The Ben Poore Project is a new Indie Folk band from the South Coast of England.

Inspired by the song writing of Frank Turner, Jason Isbell, Bob Dylan and Tom Petty "they create a contemporary sound with elements of Rock, Americana, Country and Folk. The band's unique advantage is that all three of them have great singing voices and many of the songs feature some impressive layered vocals".

Led by Ben Poore on Lead Vocals and Guitar, the project was started as a way for Ben to release his original music. Joined by Dan HM on Bass Guitar and Matt Axx on Drums these songs have been brought to life.

Their debut single Level Up was released on the 5th April. Level Up was created by Ben as a way of hiding the Konami Code in a song and ended up as an upbeat view on how life isn't as easy as you thought it would be when growing up, however with the help of your friends new adventures are always in site.
